Yes. The Free plan covers up to 10 employees and 3 certification types with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes the compliance dashboard, CSV import, and standard email reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry.

Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you decide not to continue, your account automatically moves to the Free plan.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current billing period runs to completion before the change takes effect.

You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. Your data stays accessible -- you just lose access to paid features like document vault and custom reminders.

An employee is any person whose certifications you track in ExpirVault -- full-time staff, part-time workers, contractors, or subcontractors. Each person counts once regardless of how many certifications they hold.

Yes. All documents and data are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with regular backups. Your certification documents and employee records are never shared with third parties.

Business plan customers get access to a REST API for integrating ExpirVault with your existing systems -- HR platforms, project management tools, or custom workflows. You can programmatically read certification status, receive webhook notifications on expiry events, and push updates from external systems.
